We will try to update this message when we have major user-visible problems on any of our systems. We also provide information via email to all users of affected systems (via the somesystemname-users@lists.nsc.liu.se mailing lists).

If something is not working, please don't hesitate to contact us even if this message says that everything is working! Sometimes we forget to update this page when we're busy investigating a major problem...

• 2024-06-18T08:00 CEST - reboot and update of Tetralith's login node tetralith1. Expected downtime: up to 120 minutes. Running and queued jobs not affected. During the downtime you can still reach the other login node normally.
• 2024-06-18T11:00 CEST - reboot and update of Tetralith's login node tetralith2. Expected downtime: up to 120 minutes. Running and queued jobs not affected. During the downtime you can still reach the other login node normally.
• 2024-06-18T14:00 CEST - reboot and update of Sigma's login node. Expected downtime: up to 30 minutes. Running and queued jobs not affected. During the downtime you can not access Sigma.
• 2024-06-11T00:00 to 2024-06-12T08:00: A reduced number of Berzelius compute nodes will be available due to maintenance of the district cooling network. See this email for more information.
• 2024-06-05T08:20 to 16:20 CEST (17:10 for login nodes) - Tetralith and Sigma unavailable due to a storage problem. All running jobs failed.
• 2024-05-30T10:00 CEST to 2024-05-30T17:00: Freja and Bi unavailable due to file server maintenance.
• 2024-05-22T23:00 for two hours: Freja, all nodes reserved for testing. Jobs submitted before this will be held in queue if the timelimit does not allow them to complete before the start of this downtime.
• 2024-05-02T08:00 to 2024-05-02T18:00: Berzelius Slurm update and rolling reboot and update of login nodes. See this email for more information.
• 2024-04-03T07:00 to 2024-04-09T16:30: Berzelius unavailable for maintenace for 2 days. Outage extended due to issues with filesystem. See this email for more information.
